Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Digital Products:
Refunds are not available once materials have been accessed. However, if you encounter an issue, we’re here to help resolve it.
Coaching Programs and Subscriptions:
You may request a refund within 7 days of your first session or program start date, provided you haven’t accessed more than 25% of the materials or sessions.For refund requests, please contact support@suitec.com with your name, purchase details, and the reason for your request.

Fulfillment Policy:
All of SuiteC’s programs and products are delivered digitally.
Here’s what you can expect:
Access Timeline: You’ll receive instant access to your purchase via email immediately after payment confirmation.
Access Issues: If you don’t receive your materials within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.As a fully digital service, there are no shipping charges or delivery delays.
Return Policy and Process
Because SuiteC offers personalized coaching and digital resources, returns are generally not applicable. If you feel an exception is warranted, please reach out to our team, and we’ll work to find a resolution.Steps for resolving product concerns:Email support@suitec.com with your concern.Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Here’s how cancellations work for SuiteC services:
Coaching Memberships: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing cycle.
Workshops or Events: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
To cancel your subscription or reservation:Log in to your SuiteC account.Navigate to the “Manage Membership” section. Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
